Professional Presentation
 
By attending in our dynamic workshop, participants will learn a wide variety of NLP skills necessary for successful presentation.

Professional Presentation with NLP is about learning how to utilize NLP patterning into design and deliver first class presentations. You will be able to design and deliver presentation sessions using NLP to enhance the experience for your audience creating long term recall of what they learnt.

Curriculum

Module 1: Your Audience

  1. Know different types of audience. Learn a simple technique of audience profiling.
  2. Understand psychology of audience learning. Discover different learning styles of the audience – how they absorb information though visual, auditory and kinesthetic channels. Understand motivation and resistances with respect to learning.
  3. Discover different needs of the audience. Learn to manage expectation of the audience by understanding their process of learning. Manage different thinking styles in a group.

Module 2: Your Style

  1. Identify your communication style though communication survey.
  2. Understand different presenters. Learn how each style of presenter can influence different groups of audience and achieve different outcomes.
  3. Know your presentation style. Discover your true and natural presentation style to develop your character. Learn different voice personalities.
  4. Model an excellence. Improve your presentation style to its best by modeling the successes of influential presenters of our time – the secrets of the great presenters.
  5. Discover your strengths. Utilize your strengths for the best outcomes.
  6. Leverage your interests. Incorporate your personal interests to your presentation style.

Module 3: Your Materials

  1. Clarify your target. Know exactly where you would like to take the audience to so you will never miss the set outcomes.
  2. Construct information pyramid. Learn to draw a good picture of message organization to your mind so you can deliver the presentation instantly and at anytime. Learn how to structure your presentation so that they flow easily and effortlessly.
  3. Create new ideas with A Taste of Threes.  Learn an effective technique to expand your contents. This is especially useful when you don’t have enough data to present.
  4. Customize your presentation. Create sessions for long term recall and integration. Learn chunking and sequencing sessions for a more flexible presentation.
  5. Select data formats. Discover the best presentation format for each type of audience and your presentation style.
  6. Use visual aids and props. Learn how to make your presentation dynamic and interesting – make the text talk and make the number sing.
  7. Find your flow of presentation to deliver the message more naturally and at ease.
  8. Bring stories to life. Learn different forms of presentation design.

Module 4: Your Delivery

  • Find points of introduction to capture attention immediately. Learn the techniques of pacing and leading the conscious and unconscious minds of the audience in the first 10 seconds.
  • Personalize your information to each type of the audience. Learn to read an audience very quickly and adjust yourself to the unexpected group of audience. Learn to design charismatic presentations using multiple descriptions as a means of delivery.
  • Get over your stage fear with proven relaxation techniques. Deal with illusion of nervousness and stage fright by maintaining your state before a presentation.
  • Continue to rapport with the audience by understanding how groups, subgroups, and individuals relate to each other. Learn to build a good presenter state and maintain it for the entire period. Learn how to keep an ongoing contact with the unconscious mind so the audience will cooperate with you and your message. Capture states with tonal anchors to lead the audience to your desired objective.
