Our Unique Training Style
All of our courses are delivered in our own unique workshop style. We want to make sure that participants fully understand the concepts and be able to apply it immediately after attending our courses. We include a certain amount of team building activities. This approach incorporates skills and ideas that often provide a secondary benefit to the organization as a whole.

All our workshops combine the best training methodologies available today: Neuro-Linguistic Programming(NLP), Accelerated Learning Techniques (ALT), and Teaching for Understanding (TfU). The program is highly enjoyable with interactive experiences that emphasize hands-on skill development, utilizing the latest brain compatible learning and training practices.

In order to ensure maximum retention and understanding, yet requiring the least effort, we use techniques that not only exercise the brain, but are also fun, entertaining and dynamic with the serious purpose of communicating the subject matter effectively.

Neuro-Linguistic Programming
NLP is a set of psychological tools which enable participants to fully take control of their time and become more motivated and energetic. This is achieved by understanding how our beliefs, attitudes and use of language determine our perceptions of the world and relationships with others. Our lead trainer, Suchada Sangsanguan, is the only Thai Certified NLP Trainer registered under the Society of Neuro-Linguistic Programming.

Accelerated Learning Techniques
Accelerated learning programs are geared toward teaching the whole person. They are multifaceted, encompassing a wide variety of creative methods and techniques based on current theories and research of how people learn best. Research shows that accelerated learning techniques can enhance retention and performance, and that students who use accelerated learning methods become more effective learners. Accelerated learning has been applied in a wide variety of settings including traditional classrooms, homes and corporations, to teach a wide range of subjects.

Teaching for Understanding
The TfU framework was developed at the Harvard Graduate School of Education by the Project Zero Team in 1990. It is a comprehensive structure designed to help trainers focus on the questions of (1) who is learning and how do they learn? (2) what do we train and how do we train it? and (3) how do we know what’s being learned? The TfU framework helps us create a training environment that fosters the understanding of participants.

Pre-Assessment Survey
Participants will be asked to fill in survey forms prior to the workshop. The results of the survey will be used for designing and adapting various activities and expected outcomes from the training.

Class Lectures
Over the course of the training, there will be a few short lectures about a variety of different subjects related to the course, which will suggest a point of view, or way of thinking, about theses subjects.

Role Playing
Participants will also participate in a number of different games and an individual or group sketch or performance. These activities are designed to allow them to discover and explore ways that are powerful and effective, but which they may not be fully taking advantage of in their daily work lives.

Sharing
At many points throughout the training, participants will have an opportunity to discuss their own views and experiences with other participants. This sharing may take place one-on-one, in small groups, or before the entire group. It helps also to deal with points of confusion or exceptions, and to overcome them in a shared group context.

Small Group Exercises
There will be a number of small group discussions about what is being learnt and to share practical experiences. Participants may also be asked to answer a series of questions, complete statements, or describe something that happened to them. Group exercises provide opportunities to look honesty at specific personal issues, and to support their team members in the process.

Homework
At the end of the first day, participants will be given a homework assignment to be completed before the next day’s session begins. The homework is designed to assist them in reflecting on the day’s experience that will help to bring greater clarity to what they are learning – or at least raise questions in their mind that can be shared and discussed with the group. There will also be some preparation required for the following day’s session.

Knowledge Review
At the end of each day our trainers will help participants review the lessons learned using a unique form of integration involving a deep meditative state. Knowledge review is also conducted the following morning to make sure participants integrate the lessons thoroughly before moving on to other topics.
