How We Do It
The first stage is to learn about your organization, understand the market, the industry, your concerns and to get a clear idea of your personal and corporate missions. We are ready to do this without any obligation on your part. Our unique, outside perspective enables us to form a ‘big picture’, unaffected by the day to day troubles and concerns of the business.
If we feel that we can offer advice or if any of our approaches may benefit your managers in some way then we will make some preliminary recommendations and discuss with you how these may help you to achieve your aims.
We will find ways of collaborating with you at all stages. We use our preferred thinking methodologies to make strategic suggestion, help you to brainstorm creatively or find innovative ways of working together.
Usually, we will devise a series of specific training programs for selected managers or team members that will enable them to deal with your critical issues internally, independently of us or outside consultants. Using a ‘brain-based’ approach and incorporating the 80/20 principle, your managers will be able to practically implement the most useful techniques in a highly focused and effective manner.
Alternatively, individual managers may choose to attend one of our public courses; or you may wish to benefit simply from our assistance in facilitating discussions that deal with some of the more critical issues.
